Vicki was so helpful as she showed us around. The facility is so nice and clean and it was nice to see that they are making more improvements. I am planning to move my mom there as soon as possible. This is the closest thing to “home” for my dad. Tenants are happy and love the staff. He has a new sense of independence but at the same time knows that if he needs help, it’s right there. Shout out to all the staff but especially to Tillie for being so helpful during this muddled process. I highly recommend The Club at Haines City for your loved one My mom just moved into The Club. Brandi was so helpful in making the transition. My mom has been there for a week and the staff is wonderful. The residents are also very welcoming.
